The Beginning
Customer service starts immediately upon hiring OneSource. A meeting is arranged between our Outside Customer Service Representative, Area Manager and your company representative. At this meeting we review your cleaning requirements as well as any other pertinent company information the cleaners need to know in order to initiate services.

The Customer Service Log Book
A customer service log book will be left at the reception desk or Janitors closet. This book is a communication device used to ensure information is quickly and efficiently transferred between your office staff and the cleaning crew. If one of your office staff has a cleaning request, they simply write it down in the book. The cleaning crew reviews the book each visit. They will sign and date the book once the request has been completed.

Our Customer Support
At any time a customer wishes to verbally pass information to the cleaners, simply contact our office and our Inside Customer Service Representative will convey the information. Our representative will then make a follow up call to ensure everything has been dealt with to your expectations.

Customer Initiated Inspections
If you wish to meet with our Outside Customer Service Representative, simply call the office to book an appointment.

Quarterly Quality Review
Every quarter our Customer Service Department tallies the cleaner’s, individual customer grades, and calculates an overall grading for each crew. This process allows us to constantly monitor the caliber of cleaners we have in the field.
